Development Support Manager

The Development Support Manager is responsible for the management of technical resources who support ACORE Capital’s business lines through application development and maintenance of Backshop, a commercial real estate origination platform. This position is accountable for executing day-to-day product development activities across design, development, and stakeholder communication in order to achieve departmental goals and initiatives, with a focus on outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on role that must be able to receive and interpret reported bugs, identify the root cause and fix the code, while staying in communication with users to provide status and clarify requirements as needed. The Development Support Manager is a 100% remote position but must work in the PST time zone, and reports to the Director of Software Development in our Larkspur office. Executive Assistant - Capital Raising New York

ACORE Capital is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant with at least five years of experience to join our New York office. The EA will provide top notch support to the Capital Raising Team (team of 7) with a focus on the Senior Managing Director/Head of Capital Raising. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for maintaining a sophisticated method of communication and work with a high degree of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have an extremely high standard of work and be comfortable working in a high octane environment. Originations Analyst - San Francisco

The Analyst will be responsible for assisting in originating, underwriting, and performing due diligence on real estate debt transactions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, work effectively in teams, detail oriented, and be able to work on multiple transactions at once in a fast-paced environment. ACORE Capital is seeking a Data Analytics / Quantitative Analysis analyst or associate proficient in computer programming to join its Capital Markets team. The role will entail assisting the Capital Markets team and senior management of ACORE Capital with the development of sophisticated models and analysis of complex financial data. Construction Loan Analyst/Associate

The Analyst/Associate roles are client-facing positions responsible for protecting and enhancing asset value and investor returns by monitoring, facilitating, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of large, heavily structured commercial loans. The Analyst/Associate will be responsible for the identification and management of construction risks associated with complex commercial construction loans by providing ongoing analysis of project budgets, completion schedules and sufficiency of project funding sources. Individuals will work on a broad variety of large, opportunistic, and value-add institutional real estate loans encompassing multiple property types across the U.S. such as, multifamily, office, mixed use, industrial, condos, land development, hotels and retail assets. Documentation Manager

The Documentation Manager performs administrative tasks of maintaining filing systems, making sure documents are correct and accurate, and keeping documents organized and up to date. They  will learn about documents required to close Commercial Real Estate loans. The role is headquartered in our New York office and reports to the Director of Closing. At least one year of Commercial Real Estate experience desired.
