Sami Saman is a Managing Director of Technology at ACORE Capital since 2016. Sami has over 19 years of expertise in the commercial mortgage industry with designing and building large scale systems.

At JP Morgan, Sami was the head of the technology group for the CMBS business. He led a team that designed and developed a complete enterprise application platform for the CMBS division for loan origination, underwriting, risk and securitization. The system was instrumental in reducing the funding duration and increasing loan data accuracy. Sami worked for 10 years at Countrywide/Bank of America as a Director of Technology for Credit and Mortgages and managed multiple teams globally working on various systems supporting the Commercial Real Estate market and the Warehouse Lending residential business. These systems streamlined many of the processes and focused on loan risk management and integration. At Bank of America, Sami was also part of a team that worked and investigated application security and data protection from external threats.
