Kimberly May, Managing Director with ACORE Capital, is responsible for overseeing a commercial focused product team and asset managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, mixed use, and industrial real estate loans. Mrs. May has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Before joining ACORE, Mrs. May served as the Director of Asset Management for Quadrant Investment Properties, overseeing the daily operations, financial reporting, and capital projects for a 1.6MM SF office and industrial equity portfolio. Prior to joining QIP, Mrs. May spent 14 years with GE Capital Real Estate responsible for managing a $1B portfolio of debt and equity assets located across the United States. Mrs. May’s focus with GE was primarily on trouble debt management, restructuring, and REO repositioning and disposition. While with GE, Mrs. May worked closely with third party professionals to execute upon value enhancement strategies, capital projects, leasing, and disposition objectives.
Mrs. May is graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate from the Hankamer School of Business. Mrs. May and her husband, Brandon, have two young children and reside in Frisco, Texas.
