Arsineh Baghdasarian is a Managing Director and Counsel at ACORE Capital. She is involved with the legal affairs of the company as well as the legal aspects of originating, structuring and negotiating loan originations. Arsineh has over 10 years’ experience in real estate transactional law. Prior to joining ACORE, she was a Senior Counsel at Akin Gump, where she practiced for over 7 years, working on various commercial transactions including loan originations, note sales, acquisitions and dispositions. Her primary clients were private equity firms who made large high yield loans and equity investments. For several years, Arsineh worked closely with a large real estate fund and helped start their asset management and single family platforms. Prior to that, Arsineh worked at Latham and Watkins.

Arsineh graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude in 2006 and she received her B.A. summa cum laude from UCLA in 2003 with a double major in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in Accounting.
