Adele Fairman is a Managing Director and Head of Construction Loan Administration for ACORE Capital.

Ms. Fairman has over thirty years of commercial real estate experience with extensive expertise in loan administration and risk management. Before joining ACORE, Ms. Fairman was a Senior Operations Manager for GE Capital Real Estate with responsibility for implementing and managing several global operational and regulatory risk programs.

Prior to GE, Ms. Fairman was the Director of Construction Loan Administration for Merrill Lynch Capital in Chicago, and was formerly the National Manager for CRE loan administration at Bank One, NA. In both roles she managed teams of engineering professionals and operational specialists with responsibility for risk mitigation and commercial construction loan management. Ms. Fairman has also owned and operated her own consulting business which focused on assessing lender risk for environmental issues, and provided onsite management of construction projects for a small non-profit developer.

Ms. Fairman has had significant experience handling large commercial construction project loans with complex loan structures and funding mechanisms. She has conducted hundreds of site inspections and property condition reports, as well as performed in depth up front cost analysis on construction projects.

Ms. Fairman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Texas A&M University and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
