Dimitar Goulev, CAIA

Assistant Vice President

Dimitar I. Goulev joined ACORE Capital in 2015 and is an Assistant Vice President supporting senior management in the origination and underwriting of potential debt opportunities.

Prior to ACORE, Dimitar worked in commercial real estate at Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Group in San Francisco, focusing on originating CMBS loans in the Western United States, as well as at JMA Ventures, LLC where he worked on acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to business school, Dimitar worked for nearly three years at Campbell Lutyens, a London-based global private equity secondaries advisory firm, as well as one year at Centerboard Partners, a TMT-focused corporate finance advisory firm in London.

Dimitar has a degree in Economics and Finance from the Institute of Political Studies of Strasbourg, France; a Master in Financial Engineering from University Paris 1 Sorbonne and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley – Haas School of Business.
