Scott Durco is a Managing Director and Head of Central Region Originations at ACORE Capital in the Dallas office, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing commercial real estate investment opportunities with a focus on Texas and the central region.

Prior to joining ACORE, Mr. Durco was with Walton Street Capital in Chicago for eight years where he held various roles in finance, fund raising, and loan originations. Most recently at Walton Street, Mr. Durco was a Principal with Walton Street Capital’s debt platform, where he oversaw loan originations in the Texas and Southwestern US markets.

Prior to Walton Street, Mr. Durco was an audit associate at PWC based in Chicago. Mr. Durco holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Management degree in Finance from Tulane University.
