Michael Romo is a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Raising and Investor Relations, responsible for global investor relations and product development.

Mr. Romo has over 25 years of professional experience in business development, marketing and fundraising. Prior to ACORE Capital, he was a Partner at Torchlight Investors and led marketing for the firm for almost nine years.

Prior to Torchlight, Mr. Romo worked at Hawkeye Partners and Giuliani Partners. At Hawkeye Partners, Mr. Romo served as a member of the Management and Investment Committees in addition to his responsibilities as head of new manager sourcing and marketing.

Mr. Romo holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
