Matthew Saldarelli is a Managing Director and Counsel at ACORE Capital. He is involved with the legal affairs of the company, including the legal aspects of capital raising and product development.

Mr. Saldarelli has over 15 years of experience in investment management law. Prior to joining ACORE, Mr. Saldarelli was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Forester Capital, L.L.C., a private investment firm, responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the company. Prior to Forester, Mr. Saldarelli worked at Seward & Kissel LLP.

Mr. Saldarelli graduated from Boston College Law School cum laude in 2004 and he received his B.A. magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in 2001 with a major in Economics.
