Jamie Fullbright has over 13 years of human resource experience. Ms. Fullbright joined ACORE Capital in September 2021 as the Chief People Officer in San Francisco, CA, where she focuses on driving company culture through innovative human resource initiatives which support the vision and development of employees.

Prior to ACORE Capital, she was the V.P of Human Resources at Compass. In this position, she oversaw all aspects of human resources management for more than 250 employees and 2000 Independent Contractors. She was responsible for navigating seven mergers & acquisitions between 2013-2018. In 2020, she supported the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic including remote work transition, federal relief aid and compliant reopening strategy. Prior to her V.P of Human Resources role, she was the Director of Human Resources.

Prior to Compass, Ms. Fullbright was a Human Resource Administrator at Kane & Finkel where she partnered with key stakeholders to execute company wide people initiatives.

Ms. Fullbright graduated from San Francisco State University earning a B.A degree in Communications with a concentration in Journalism. She also earned her SHRM-CP credentials in 2017.
