David Homsher is a Managing Director for Asset Management and Investor Relations at ACORE Capital. He is responsible for overseeing and actively asset managing ACORE’s loan portfolio.

Mr. Homsher has 32 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining ACORE, Mr. Homsher was Vice President, Special Servicing and Transactions for KeyBank, where he directed acquisition underwriting and due diligence of CMBS and Agency B-pieces and whole debt capital stack loans for third-party clients and led a team responsible for loan modifications, assumptions, transfers of interest, and other borrower consent requests.

While with Berkadia prior to the sale of its CMBS Special Servicing business to KeyBank, Mr. Homsher served on the Special Servicing Credit Committee and directed a team of asset managers providing operations and disposition oversight throughout the U.S. He previously held multiple roles with predecessors Capmark Finance and GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Mr. Homsher also served as Managing Director with Wilcox Capital Partners, Vice President and Asset Manager for Goldman Sachs (formerly Archon), Vice President and Director of Global Real Estate for Paging Network Inc., and Vice President with Henry S. Miller / Grubb & Ellis.

Mr. Homsher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a M.B.A. from Oral Roberts University. He earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.
