Position: Analyst
Division: Global Capital Raising and Investor Relations
Location: New York, New York
Reporting to: Head of Capital Raising

Summary
The Analyst will play a key role in all facets of capital raising and client services. The role will entail direct involvement with the capital raising team’s Senior Managing Director and junior professionals and as well frequent and direct involvement with the Managing Partners of the Firm. This role is headquartered from New York, New York.

Responsibilities
• Provide distribution support to senior members and track communication in the CRM.
• Assist in the creation, maintenance and distribution of marketing and investment reporting materials relating to the firm and firm investment vehicles.
• Perform special projects for the client solutions team as requested, including more data-oriented and technical tasks.
• Respond to requests from external sources such as clients, consultants and prospective clients requiring data-related information and written material on the firm and all investment products.
• Maintain/update repository of data, charts, graphics, presentations and written responses to be used for various marketing needs.
• Apply Excel knowledge and investment acumen to aggregate and manipulate data to create various performance exhibits and graphs that articulate the firm’s key messages.
• Assist in the production of quarterly client reports including the creation of graphs and checking of data.
• Update online consultant and third-party databases with firm and investment information.
• Develop an understanding of all the firm’s investment strategies to support the creation and update of marketing and client service materials.
• Update marketing and client service presentation books as well as content on the firm’s investor portal on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with internal staff, clients, vendors, and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison to senior level executives and event attendees throughout the planning process.
• Understand the goal of capital raising events, define success metrics, and track attendees and ROI.

Qualifications
• Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing role and having strong communication skills, a successful candidate should have:
• Undergraduate degree (minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent) and a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/capital markets or consulting
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing multiple work streams and projects concurrently
• Ability to build working relationships across various ACORE departments with individuals at different experience levels
• Interest and aptitude for relationship management, sales and marketing
• A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
